We’re here to help! Follow the roadmap, and you’ll have your new masterpiece before you know it.

STEP 1: Choose your favourite product and the right size at our website. You then put your selection in the shopping cart by clicking ‘in shopping cart’. Woohoo!

STEP 2: Done shopping? Check all the products you placed in your shopping cart. You can find it on the top right of the menu bar. You fancy a nice gift? In the shopping cart, you can indicate if you want us to make it a nice gift (costs €1.50 extra). Please don’t forget to add your personal message. When you’re totally happy with your choice, you click ‘to checkout’ to proceed to the payment process.

So, you received a gift card or promotional code? Please enter it into the field: ‘gift card code’ and click ‘activate gift card’. Your discount is automatically deducted. <<

STEP 3: You have now reached the final step of the payment process. You are asked to log in with your account (if you’re a customer already) or to register as a new customer. Don’t worry! You can also finish the order as a guest, so no account is created.

STEP 4: You can now enter your details. All fields with an asterisk are compulsory. Would you rather have your package delivered somewhere else? In that case, please select the checkbox ‘Ship to a different address’. So, all filled in? Indicate what payment method you’d like to use on the right side. At the moment, you can pay with PayPal, iDeal, credit card (Visa & MasterCard), Bancontact and SOFORT Banking.

STEP 5: Almost there! Click ‘Place order’. After your online payment, we will get started on your package. Your payment failed? Don’t worry, just try again or contact us! >>
